No matter your intention, our silent retreats provide the setting to turn off the world and tune into yourself. Enjoy five hours of silence and peaceful reflection in nature to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

We will take time to cultivate mindfulness through practices like mindful eating and journaling. Mindfulness enhances our ability to connect with nature and trains our minds and hearts to live in the present moment.

Practicing mindfulness in nature can help us get to know ourselves better and learn to more easily switch from the busy “doing” (reactive) mode to “being” (responsive) mode.
