Cafe Louise Bakehouse

Café Louise BakeHouse opened its doors in the hopes of bringing unique flavours and a European experience, with no compromises on the quality and health.

On several occasions, while traveling, we were captivated by Europe’s relaxed culture, the beautiful, narrow streets, the art, history, and most importantly, the aromas and flavours.  Our inspiration came to us while in Paris, when visiting a local café named “Louise”. The warm atmosphere, calming scenery, the sense of community, and the delicious baked goods (of course) are the things we strive to share with our customers every day, in our BakeHouse.

To provide a truly authentic European experience, we place a high value on the variety in our selection and the quality of our products. We bring new innovation in the form of new exciting products and new flavours. This comes from continuous education on baking processes and food trends from around the world.

But, for us, the core of the business is quality and we share that value with all of our employees. We are committed to using natural, fresh ingredients and taking zero shortcuts in the process, so as to never compromise the health of our customers.

We are all about traditional, handmade, everyday baking to create natural, tasty, good-for-all products.
