Grand Opening of The Nature Centre at Bruce’s Mill!

Since its establishment in 1963, Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park has been a popular destination for group functions, summer camps, and outdoor recreational activities. Host to many public, not-for-profit and private third part events, and seeing over 180,000 visitors annually, the park is a valuable space for residents and the broader public.

Building upon our programming to continue meeting the needs of our growing communities, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is launching The Nature Centre at Bruce's Mill, which is an enhancement of the facilities, activities and services offered at this park. Programs will be offered year round and will focus on the natural and cultural heritage and diversity of Bruce's Mill and the surrounding area.

Join us on Saturday, March 4 at 2:30pm for the official opening of The Nature Centre at Bruce's Mill! The event is located at Bruce's Mill Conservation Park (3291 Stouffville Rd.) and taking place on the first day of the Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival. Enjoy some sweet treats while we celebrate the opening! For admission to the opening event, a ticket for the maple syrup festival needs to be purchased. Tickets are available online only at maplesyrupfest.com for specific timed entry. Tickets will not be sold at the door/gate, so be sure to buy them in advance.
