Here at Pioneer Brand Honey, our mission is to provide natural products that encourage environmentally sustainable food sources. We’re sitting on top of the headwaters of the Humber River on the beautiful rolling hills of the Oak ridges moraine are in beautiful King Township, Ontario. Come take a walk, enjoy some trails here or on many local trails. It all started around 1930 at the forks of the Don River in Toronto when Charles Sauriol started with his first colony of bees. A passionate naturalist and recipient of the order of Canada for his land conservation work. Sauriol passed his passion to Grandson Andre Flys (thats me!) who now manages Pioneer Brand and hundreds of colonies of bees with the help of my family.  We now offer a lot more variety than grampa Charles did but we stick to the same sustainable mindset.
