The ROC (Recreational Outdoor Campus)

The ROC - Georgina's Recreational Outdoor Campus & Ultimate Playground.

The ROC is the community pride and joy of Georgina.  During the warm months our ropes course, climbing wall and 300’ zip line is sure to please.  Then cool yourself in our water play splash pad.  Pack a lunch or get something from our Canteen.  Hike on our year-round walking trails and plan a day at The ROC this year.  Bring your bike and immerse yourself in our bike park for all different skill levels, including a north shore track for trail riding.  For the tennis or basketball enthusiasts, bring your equipment to enjoy our two half-basketball courts or our four asphalt-surface, fully-lit tennis courts.  Or, catch a tan on our beach volleyball court located next to the Chalet.  If you require some quiet time, experience healing at our single-path walking labyrinth.  For the history buff, check out our Historical Pioneer Village.  The ROC also features award winning soccer fields plus artificial turf, a full regulation sized baseball field, enhanced t-ball and softball diamonds.  With an abundance of parking, The ROC can comfortably hold large tournaments and events with ease.  Our winter activities can also be enjoyed by the entire family including tubing, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and trails.
