Ancestral Voices: An evening with author Drew Hayden Taylor

Award-winning novelist, playwright, journalist and filmmaker Drew Hayden Taylor will share his journey exploring and celebrating the Indigenous sense of humour. Drew has served as Artistic Director of Native Earth Performing Arts, Canada’s premiere theatre company. He is also the creator of the documentary series Going Native, now showing on APTN. Drew has also written numerous books, the latest, Me Tomorrow, due in October. Presented by Newmarket Public Library in collaboration with Maxine Gordon Palomino and Kim Wheatley.
