Yoga at the Manor: Chair Yoga

The series Yoga at the Manor is run at Hillary House from 10AM to 11AM on select Saturdays. Tickets are $10 per person, suitable for ages 13 and up. Please bring your own mat. Register through our website or by phone.
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the support of a chair. Various poses and flows targeted to build muscle, tone the body and calm the mind. Chair yoga improves flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
