Date & Time: Thursday June 30, 7pm – 11pm

Activities: Live bands, food, dancing, Rotary Beer Garden

Canada Day Parade

Location: Yonge Street (The route will be travelling north on Yonge Street from Murray Drive to Aurora Heights)

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, 10am

Activities: Marching bands, cultural performers, buskers, steel band and more.

Location: Lambert Wilson Park (115 Industrial Parkway North)

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, Live entertainment begins at 11am

Indoor Festivities:

Free Indoor Activities at Aurora Family Leisure Complex (*Limited Space)

Location: Aurora Family Leisure Complex- 135 Industrial Parkway North

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, activities between 10am – 3:30pm

Activities: Public swim, skate, parent/child and youth open gym drop ins

Vaughan Celebrates Canada Day

Location: Boyd Conservation Park8739 Islington Ave. West

* Free Shuttle bus and Park & Walk available- details on website

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, 2pm – 8pm

Activities: Live entertainment (Featured performance by singer/songwriter and JUNO award nominee Scott Helman at 7pm), Food Zone, arts and crafts, Video gaming stations, caricature artist, life size games and much more.

Location: Riverwalk Commons200 Doug Duncan Drive 

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, 11am – 4pm

Activities: Live concerts at Riverwalk Commons featuring Ear Candy and Blush, Interactive activities for the whole family rides on the Tim Hortons Express Train, Roaming entertainment, Buskers, Vendors, and more.

Event Concert & Fireworks

Location: George Richardson ParkBayview Parkway

Date & Time: Friday July 1st, 7:30pm – 10:30pm

Activities: Newmarket Citizen’s Band from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. followed by a live concert from 9 to 10 p.m. featuring the band Switchbeat. Fireworks will take place from approximately 10:10 to 10:30 p.m.
