The Vaughan Latin Festival, above, will be held at Mackenzie Glen Park, 220 Cranston Park Ave, Maple, on Saturday, July 16, from 11 am – 10 pm.

Friday, July 15

Movies in the Park

Movie: Spiderman: No Way Home

Location: Memorial Park- 2 Park Drive, Whitchurch-Stouffville

Time: 9pm – 11pm (Movies begin at sundown)

Cost: Free

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy family favourites under the stars! A food vendor will be available at each movie selling a variety of treats for you to enjoy while watching a spectacular movie.

Saturday, July 16

Vaughan Latin Festival

Location: Mackenzie Glen Park- 220 Cranston Park Ave, Maple.

Time: 11am – 10pm

Cost: Free admission

This year we will be recharged with a lot of cultural fun with a Latin American musical flavour composed with various local artists who will make us fall in love from start to finish and endless more surprises. You can not miss this special date with the Hispanic culture, its traditions and everything that it contains.

Family Sundays at the McMichael

Location: McMichael Gallery- 10365 Islington Avenue, Kleinburg

Time: 11:30am – 3:30pm

Cost: Free with gallery admission

Every third Sunday of the month is Family Sunday at the McMichael! Join us all day long for drop-in hands-on art workshops, interactive tours and storytelling circles created just for families. Each Family Sunday has a different theme and a special performance at 2 pm so join for one or try them all! This week, the event is a sculpture parade.

Picnic in the Park @ Sharon Temple

Location: Sharon Temple National Historic Site and Museum 18974 Leslie St, East Gwillimbury

Time: 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m

Cost: Tickets between $10.00 – $22.00

Choose your favourite people and join us at the Sharon Temple on Sunday, July 17, 2022 for a picnic competition. To enter the competition, create a group of 2-6 people and register through sharontemple.ca or pay at the door. A flat rat will be charged per-registered group depending on size.
