To kick off “May is Museum Month”, the KHCC is launching its first adult heritage craft workshop: Rug Hooking. Take inspiration from 19th century North American techniques to learn this tried-and-true skill to turn fibre scraps into pieces of art.
Tuesday, May 7, 2024. 6:30PM-8:30PM. $20/Participant. Pre-registration required. Ages 14+. All levels welcome!
All materials will be provided; but, participants are more than welcome to bring (thick) fabric scraps from home if you’re looking to embellish your design.
