Bio: A Richmond Hill Business Ambassador, Norma Trivino is a community leader. The Honourable Harinder Malhi, former Minister of the Status of Women, honoured Norma with the “2018 Leading Women, Leading Girls, Building Communities Award” for demonstrating exceptional leadership in working to improve the lives of women in her community through volunteer work and advocacy. Norma is the first-ever Latina to have received this Provincial award. Norma worked at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) for 18 years and paved the way for other Latinas within Canada’s national housing agency.
