Chai & Write Workshop: Preparing for Winter

Sheniz Janmohamed is a poet, artist and educator. She is the author of three books and her writing has been published in journals and anthologies including Arc Poetry Magazine, Descant and CV2. She is the founder of Questions for Ancestors.
Moving from the fire of autumn to the snowy blanket of winter can be a challenging transition. In this writing workshop, participants will be encouraged to welcome winter through gentle prompts that draw
attention to the silence and retreat that winter provides.
Don’t forget to gather materials for nature mandala-making at the end of the workshop!
No writing experience is required to participate.
